“It was a very nicely decorated lodge with comfortable beds. It’s extremely well maintained. The breakfast was just items in refrigerator though. ”

“The Eagles Nest at the Blue Heron Resort on Diamond Lake is not for everyone but we loved it. I say not for everybody in part because you need to take a series of stairs including nearly 30 steps to reach the cabin from the parking space provided. While we (both in our 70's) didn't have a problem, others may well prefer few stairs. The cabin is also not fancy or modern and has a few quirks including a noticeable slant towards the lake. “Such a beautiful location & cozy cottage on the river. It was our second time staying & we loved it again!”

“Perfect little spot to spend a mountain biking and hiking weekend. The dogs loved the yard to run and play. Left for walks from the front door and had little to no traffic. Big M is 20 minutes away to ride the trails. Weather was perfect to spend most of our time outside. Cabin is super cute and cozy. We will definitely be back. ”

“The lake house was great, very clean and loved the updates to the place. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us, 5 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved the paddle boat and fishing off the dock. The host was very helpful and responded quickly, would definitely stay here again.”
