“Came to town to visit senior son at MTU - started moving home some of his stuff. Great apartment right in the heart of town. Quick walking access to shops, restaurants and paths. ”

“Immediately upon walking in, my boyfriend & I adored the fun decor & MI rock collection. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, the bed was super comfortable, & the building location was fantastic! (Just minutes from several local cross-country ski tracks & some of my favorite rock hounding locations!) The only issue we ran across is that the shower likely needs replacing. But overall, really enjoyed our stay & we hope to be back in the future!”

Our son is a freshman at Michigan Tech so it was great to be so close he could walk down to see us at his convenience. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance. The host gave great details for parking, location and checking in. We will definitely be back! Thanks for hosting us!”

“We were moved to another apartment last minute as the owner over booked. New place was nice but not quite finished in my opinion. No curtains, mirror not attached to wall in bathroom, no toilet paper holder, no end tables, no condiments for the coffee they had, front door had no cover at all- could see strait in the whole place. ”

“When it came time to make lodging reservations we knew where we would stay again. This little over the garage apartment is so cute and well appointed! It’s perfect for our family’s ski weekend. ”

“We really enjoyed the stay and the property was great! It was as good or better than the photos. The unit it is in a great location, within walking distance of all the downtown Houghton popular spots. The large living room window overlooks the Portage and the lift bridge. The host was amazing and helpful. When we had inclement weather and our departure was delayed they were right there to help us extend our stay an extra night, making it as easy as possible. We will definitely be staying……
