“The Little Brown House was exactly what we needed. We came up to pick up our son from Michigan Tech. I was very appreciative of the recliners because I have a medical condition in my lower back that causes pain when I have to sit up straight. Having a recliner allows me to be comfortable. The property was very well maintained and clean. My only complaint, and I realize it is just me, is the bed was way to firm for me, just a persal preference. “A fabulous place to stay while we were visiting our son at MTU. We made it a family vacation and the property was amazing. Plenty of room for our family of five. Super clean and with a lot of little nice extras, like games and plenty of kitchen essentials. We will have to come back to see summer and winter. ”

“Immediately upon walking in, my boyfriend & I adored the fun decor & MI rock collection. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, the bed was super comfortable, & the building location was fantastic! (Just minutes from several local cross-country ski tracks & some of my favorite rock hounding locations!) The only issue we ran across is that the shower likely needs replacing. But overall, really enjoyed our stay & we hope to be back in the future!”

“This place was absolutely incredible, out in the country, private setting, and the deer come right up to the porch, or you can see them in the forest. Next to you can see the lake from inside and they leave binoculars in there for you to look at the lake . We saw a bug eagle from a many dears.It was awesome .. It's only a few minutes from the lake period very comfy, a lot of room and we will definitely be back”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Keweenaw Waterway Cabins! Everything was exactly as described in the listing and photos. The cabin was neat, clean, and well-stocked with essentials, which made our stay even more comfortable.The amenities were fantastic—our group especially loved the hot tub, sauna, and game room, all of which were top-notch. The location was perfect for outdoor adventures and beautiful views of Portage Lake and Michigan Tech.A couple of minor areas for improvement: the beds……

The owners are very responsive and helpful!
