“C'était parfait pour mon séjour”

“真是典型的城堡酒店，环境非常优美，城堡也极其漂亮，傍晚日落很美，但早上拍城堡逆光。房间没有空调，只有风扇，灯光较暗。早饭较贵，16欧一个人，肉、蛋类得单收费。自驾的话很好找，隐匿在普通建筑中，环境清幽。”

“房內沒有冷氣，只有不太涼的風扇，太陽西曬時會很悶熱。也沒有吹風機。 服務人員的英文相當有限，但盡力提供非常多的協助，也很親切。 整間住宿的佈置相當用心，非常摩洛哥風情，外表看不出來是飯店，但只要地址對，不要懷疑直接按電鈴。 位置處於住宅區，附近完全沒有餐廳，要步行大約20分鐘才有。沒有交通工具會較難抵達。”

“The front desk is very friendy with a lot of help. All staff can speak English. It is a very clean hotel, both bedroom and bathroom are big, compare with some other same level hotels. The heater is warm enough in the winter. Hope to come back again. Walking 10 minutes and you will find the city center with some good restaurants surround. However, we assume wifi should be upgrade.”

“Apart from we had a problem checking in when we arrived late at 7:30pm and the staff are off from work already. We called the hotline and the problem is solved by the patient staff teaching us how to do self-check-in step by step. and later on we found out that they have actually sent us an email beforehand teaching how to self-check-in. so, dont forget to check your email if you gonna arrive after 6pm. everything else is perfect! clean and neat and tidy, as comfy as your own home! highly……

“寄放行李竟然還要另外付費，比青年旅館還不如。房內沒有吹風機，必須向櫃台借用。付費早餐8.5歐，先前及前一晚詢問都說週六6:30開始，但當天早上卻說7點開始，幸好櫃台通融提早20分開放；一樓廁所關閉，必須回房間使用，很不方便。”

“24小時check in 的服務狀況很差，我們被關在門外無法進入飯店，基本上房間小而美，只是浴室太小不好洗。”

“登記入住時，櫃台一開始還找不到資料，說我已取消，後來我堅持我有訂房，櫃臺才發現他們搞錯了。飯店清潔度待加強，睡了2晚，皮膚過敏又起疹子，雖然便宜，但下次不會入住酒店！”

“We stopped for one night, the hotel was fine but quite basic, our room was very small and a little dated, plus the bed quite hard. However, all the staff were very friendly and despite having little English (and us having little French) we warmly welcomed. Our room and the public areas were very clean and despite what other reviews have said, the area felt quite safe. The hotel is well located, a short walk to restaurants and bars, very near the railway station but also quiet at night.”

“Nice receptionist but one personnel opened the door and came into my room while we just stayed there. He used our shower to clean the filter of air conditioner.”
