“A lovely hotel situated in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Superior room was excellent. A nice size with a double shower and bath. Bed was comfy. Hotel restaurant had a good choice and food was of a very good standard. Breakfast particularly set us up well for the day. Hotel staff were also welcoming and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.”

“First time stayed here, nice place, friendly staff, food was great, view of the sunset great. Only negative I would add is just a few areas like some doors or frames need a lick of paint, otherwise defo stay again We stayed here to go to RIAT airshow next day and after visiting Clarkson’s Farm where we met him also”

“We were very surprised to find a small and beautiful town named Lechlade nearby. And it is 45 hours' drive to Cotswold which was quite acceptable. However the room was not tidy enough but still in the acceptable range.”

“All the staff were helpful and friendly . An asset to the hotel . Went out of their way to help . Extremely comfy bed and lovely bedding . Food was good standard . Drinks were quite expensive but didn’t spoil our experience. The spa looked good too . ”
