“Um excelente hotel," by Marriott ", quarto amplo, elevador amplo. Reservamos também a suite para três pessoas da familia, wue ficaram muito satisfeitos com o atendimento e o fato de ser ampla e muito funcional. O hotel é rico em detalhes e o café da manhã, soberbo. Recepção e serviço excelentes. Funcionários muito brm preparados. Destaque para alguns que nos atenderam mais e muito bem, Sonya e Joy. “We were on ground floor by courtyard when we got there thought it would be a noise problem as people drinking out there in sunny weather. However on both nights all gone by 10. Staff very helpful, food good, would use again. food good would use again ”

“基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。”

“Whatley Manor is a beautiful property with excellent staff but a bit questionable management. 1. You are grandly directed to drive through castle like doors that open as you approach. However when you dive in, you are greeted by a “What Door do you Choose” option. There are 5 doors to choose from, NONE have any markings. We chose one where we wandered through a good part of the hotel before we reached reception. We had chosen the wrong door!! 2. The lighting switces in the room are all the……
