“This hotel is a bit out of the way and their speciality is holding events. The staff are fantastic, very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The kitchen produces high quality, delicious food.The property is spacious with a nice swimming pool and surrounding area including, the bar, a club, cabanas. Management was very helpful in responding to requests.”

“I stayed here before on my own and wanted to do it again with the whole family but this second experience was awful. We paid a lot for a so-called 'luxurious executive suite' that didn't turn out to have any luxury apart from spacious rooms. General cleanliness of rooms and floors was an issue. But it got worse when a manager decided to have an argument with us over an old bed sheet with washable marker stains made by the kids (which got out after we dipped the sheet in plain water!).

“The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen.
No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager……
