“This hotel was accommodating and clean. The staff was great! The only issue we had was the TV not working, but we told the staff and they got right on it.”

Well kept the surrounding of the hotel looks safe and it was walkable for shopping. but on the other hand what I didn’t like was when I checked in the front desk person was a little on the rude side but other than him, everyone was very nice and pleasant but I still enjoyed my day”

“Our stay was amazing. We were able to check in early as I arrived at 11am and check in was not until 3 but once they found out we drove all night from Florida they checked to see if a room was ready and let us check in. Room was very spacious and being able to cook for my son in law was a huge plus! The best part was being able to do a fast super early am check out when we left.

“To be honest the staff especially Rayvon, Doug, Shannon and China are excellent in customer service and people skills. The General Manager however is a passive aggressive female who needs an attitude adjustment and cannot exist without her excellent staff. I debated whether to stay here or not but as long as I never saw her it was fine. My stay as always was a work trip. I don't need extra stress from the likes of GM Kelly whose primary purpose should be to ensure her guests are stress free. I……
