“The room we were first assigned had a maintenance person working in it. He tried to call the main desk to find out what needed to be done, and the main desk would not answer him. We were given another room, and the rest of the stay was fine.”

“The front desk was underdtaffed but the friendliness of staff more than mafe up for the wait. The room I stayed in was nice but a bit dated furniture wise. We had the 2 bedroom and the size was great. They need to restock the cutlery. The house keeper did not clean one of the tubs but everything else was ok. Fyi they clean the room every 3 days. ”

“So overall, the experience was good outside of the elevator, not working and me having my mom who currently uses a cane and walker. But they were very accommodating and were able to actually find us a room on the first floor and we’re very helpful with the transition, especially the gentleman named Tyron”
