“Convenient, quiet, not easy to find entrance”

“Everything was wonderful. Very comfortable. Good location to dining options. Only thing I would mention (not a complaint) is that there was no hand lotion and the lighting in the toilet/shower was ver bad. The sink and mirror are separate and that was fine.”

“To be honest the staff especially Rayvon, Doug, Shannon and China are excellent in customer service and people skills. The General Manager however is a passive aggressive female who needs an attitude adjustment and cannot exist without her excellent staff. I debated whether to stay here or not but as long as I never saw her it was fine. My stay as always was a work trip. I don't need extra stress from the likes of GM Kelly whose primary purpose should be to ensure her guests are stress free. I……

“I normally have a good visit, but this time not so much. I advised the service desk that my room had no TV service and this matter was not addressed nor did I have housekeeping my whole stay of 5days. ”
