“Our stay at the Hyatt was overall great! The employees were nice and everyone was helpful and generous. My only complaint is that the sheets we had had way more sand in them than I would expect at a beach hotel. Also a few of my family member’s breakfast plates were dirty. “Excellent customer check-in. People seem to genuinely enjoy working here - and for a holiday weekend that's saying something! Parking was easy. Even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived (early - like 12 noon - I get it), the front office lady checked us in, welcomed us, gave us our parking pass, explained that we could access all the amenities (exercise room, pool, etc.). I like that the pool has designated adult swim times (2 hours in morning; 2 hours in evening), so it's not overrun……
