Very old property, well maintained. Only criticism is TV reception was poor with digital picture constantly breaking up.”

“Enjoyed the friendly helpful staff. Room and restaurant were very clean. Breakfast had adequate choice, but choice was not extensive. Bed was incredibly comfortable. A means of keeping the bathroom door open after a shower to air the room would be helpful.”

“Absolutely stunning stay! This place is so peaceful and really allows you to ‘switch off’. The cottage was lovely, very spacious and homely. The only niggle we would have to mention would be the bed which wasn’t very comfortable at all (sorry) and good luck if you’re taller than 5’9! Other than that everything was really lovely and would definitely recommend. We would love to visit again if the bed was replaced for one that was bigger and more comfortable 😊”
