“Very cozy atmosphere along with professional and prompt responses throughout our stay to help get us settled in. One of the more unique cabin experiences with the light's and the decor set up around the whirlpool tub. Very soothing and relaxing. Prime spot for a tranquil stay but not too far from the higher travel tourist destinations like Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and just minutes away from Tuckaleechee Caverns and horseback riding! ”

“I loved my stay in this well appointed cabin. Despite having a very difficult check in process, which was eventually rectified, my stay was lovely.I appreciate the abundance of towels, luxurious sheets, and well stocked to kitchen. Even though the listing says to bring your own cooking supplies, there were a lot of “leftover supplies“ from other guests, so you’ll be able to get through a day or two without a problem if you’re cooking. I would have liked to have seen the exterior deck cleaned……

“The property was clean and well-appointed, and the communication was great. Loved being in Townsend, the peaceful side. The property was "private" in that there were trees between our cabin and the several others all around us, but it wasn't secluded or remote. There was a party at the cabin next to us one night that we could hear from our bedroom. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable, and the downstairs bathroom door only stayed closed with a lock that was 6' off the ground so kids……

“This cabin was perfect for the 4 of us to celebrate Christmas in. Loved all the decor including the Christmas tree which was a great and much needed surprise thank you for that. Road wasn’t too steep, did it in a front wheel drive mini van no problem. The kids loved the spa. A great stay. Would do it again. ”
