The room was clean, everything was brand new, the bed was very comfy, fluffy towels and I appreciated all the plump pillows! It is exactly as it looks in the pictures, and the mural behind the bed was hand-painted by an artist... you can look up her insta and see posts of her working on the project - it made the room feel extra personalized and special. Room was up to date and very comfortable, with beautiful shared outdoor seating with fire pits. Would definitely recommend and will be returning here when visiting the Smoky Mountains. ”
