“We came to Townsend to celebrate our 32 wedding anniversary and this home did not disappoint. We were minutes from restaurants and things to see and do. We also saw a momma bear and her 2 cubs from the back porch! I also give the lady that owns this home a 10/10 as well. I will definitely be back again! This review is coming from someone who has stayed in over 75 or more rentals over the years. ”

“The Trails End Cabin was amazing, beautiful for our 2 day stay. Wish we had more time there (could have stayed for ever). Owner provided all details for easy check-in Cabin had everything you need. She made a special stop in when we arrived and whirlpool didnt work due to storm surge. Really comfortable bed and pillows. ”

“The cabin was well maintained and cozy. If you want to feel you are in a beautiful mountain forest surrounded by nature you won’t be disappointed. This is the perfect place to unplug with a fabulous lodge only minutes away when you want to reconnect.Liz is a fabulous owner who is friendly and accommodating. She helped make our stay perfect. We all enjoyed our stay!”

“Just as advertised. Centrally located despite being very scenic. Great for our 16 month old granddaughter with sturdy gate on the stairs, pac and play and high chair on site. Plenty of room for 7 adults with living area and bedrooms both up and down so the early birds didn't disturb the night owls. Dining for 10 and huge well kitchen stocked with everything we even thought about needing. Kitchen on the second floor so probably not good for people who can't climb staira unless they want to……

“We enjoyed our stay. It's a cozy little place for two people if you enjoy being in the mountains like we do. The weather was beautiful so we spent a lot of time away from the treehouse exploring or relaxing outside on the deck. Had the weather not cooperated the only thing that we would consider in staying here again is that there really is no comfortable seating option if you are stuck inside for an extended amount of time. “Stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting family in the area. Cabin was modern and well appointed. Perfectly clean. Location was secluded but was still convenient to town and to GSMNP.”

“Absolutely beautiful location! After a long day on the motorcycle it felt amazing to take a dip in the picturesque Squally Creek. The cabin was cute and just what we needed. Brian’s directions he sent were spot on. We used GPS to Cedar Cliff Church, then followed his directions to the cabin with no problems. I will be looking forward to staying here again soon. ”
