“We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 ”

“Cozy room with a beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains. Very quiet location in the woods, with a running brook and coy pond. Saw a huge bear cross the street about a mile from the room, so that was a plus 😆 About 30 to 40 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, through small towns. Hillbilly Restaurant is very close and they have a good breakfast buffet. You will not be disappointed when you stay here. There's no front desk.
