“Room are smelly and with hundred of ants on the dining table, so scary! This is the first time I stay at Staybridge and it gives me very bad impression on this hotel.”

“Was very clean for the price. I did not like the fact that we were charged an additional deposit once we got to check in. We checked in around 2 AM and were only in the room for less than 6 hours. Just long enough to sleep. ”

“The hotel was being renovated. Our room was nice, freshly renovated and LVP flooring instead of carpet. Most of the hotel was still closed but staff was nice and helpful. ”

“Quick one night stay before exploring Cades Cove. Older property but very well maintained and very clean! Interactions with staff were at check in and check out and we were greeted with friendly, professional service. Highly recommend this gem in the quiet side of the Smoky Mountains!”

“We really loved this place and wish we had more time to stay. We only stayed for the night and we got in late and left early but even in the dark you can tell the property is beautiful! The room we had was super cute, clean, the shower was so nice and check in was super easy and contactless. The only con I can even give would be if you are a light sleeper go for a 2nd floor room our room was not and in the middle of the night someone going up the stairs about scared me to death lol but once I……
