“On the same floor as the room I stayed in, a Chinese man was smoking and had the door to his room completely open, so the whole floor was filled with the smell of his cigarettes. And his phone was ringing very loudly. Even if you try to order room service, you have to order a very unappetizing meal. Other than that, the cleaning staff are very kind. For the same price, they are flexible to accommodate nearby Pan Pacific, so I found it useful, but recently they have become stricter and the……

“On arrival questions about who Expedia.ca was. Booked superior nonsmoking room, twin beds. Taken to gritty room with dbl bed, multiple cig. Burns on bathtub rim. Changed to rm w. twin beds, fewer cig burns. Bathroom grimy, lack of maintenance everywhere. 24 hour/day very loud traffic noise. Not a 4-star hotel as advertised!!! Far too pricey for value.”
