“On arrival questions about who Expedia.ca was. Booked superior nonsmoking room, twin beds. Taken to gritty room with dbl bed, multiple cig. Burns on bathtub rim. Changed to rm w. twin beds, fewer cig burns. Bathroom grimy, lack of maintenance everywhere. 24 hour/day very loud traffic noise. Not a 4-star hotel as advertised!!! Far too pricey for value.”

“I have travelled in Myanmar since 2006. I booked this hotel for two nights for its location the China town. Four hrs after my checkin at sharp midnight, 3-4 Burmese young hooligans (two men and 1-2 women) came into my floor. They were extremely loud and yelling all over on the hallway and their room. The wall between me and them was a little thicker than paper and the whole building is wooden floored. I thought bandits came feeling so scared when they came to my floor. One of them opened my door……

“以老酒店裝潢整潔清新度性價比高，但是房間有點老舊，地毯也舊了，是要翻新裝潢改修了，人員管理素質高大廳服務人員很親切，餐廳菜色不錯都有中、西、緬、雲南菜系，價錢合理擺盤好，廚師的手藝差了，有可能是餐價是大眾當地價錢，供應自助早餐多樣化，餐廳服務人員也都會滿足客人需求，這是四星級五星級無法跟得上的，看到管理人員努力解決客人小問題時應對態度，非常感謝！這次商業考察，住了5天非常滿意。謝謝飯店服務人員”

“They shouldn’t charge for the drinks that they provided at least waters. It’s not that it’s because of too expensive but it’s for their own sake the better quality of the Hotel. Everything’s good the people, the environments and the customers service.”

“Friendly helpful staff. breakfast fairly poor, Buffet breakfast was cancelled due to lack of guests. Ala-cart menu was on offer but most items on the menu was not available. end up stop wasting our time and started eating out for breakfast. First room they give us was badly smelling of smoke although hey had a no smoking sign. They quickly changed us to another room but that room had a musky small for next couple of days. on the positive……
