“We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend.”

“This was the best house ever. All the comforts of home and much more. The house is so clean. Huge kitchen and dining. 3 living areas Tv room, quiet living room with fire place and huge windows, game room with footsball, darts, stereo. Fenced in area for the pups. She even had doggie boots!! Washer and dryer. Extra boots. The beds have memory foam cover. No tossing and turning all night. Pillows superb!! Blankets all around. Fire pit outside. Large property! “This is the absolute BEST location in Long Beach. You can walk to the beach or any of the cute shops. There’s a really delicious bakery/deli you can get to in less than a couple minutes on foot! We loved it! Someone commented about an odor in #4. That was not an issue for us. We did not have any odd smells. The bathroom is a little tight but honestly it has everything you need. The deck was a wonderful spot for morning coffee and a croissant from Dylan’s Cottage Bakery. That’s a must stop place.……

“Great house! Kitchen was fantastic, well stocked and high end appliances, plus one of the best coffee station I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a dog, very quiet at night and only a few blocks to a great beach! On the downside the description of the beds is wrong, there is one room with a queen bed (not king as described) and two rooms downstairs each with queen over queen bunks and one room has a twin.
