“Overall the condo was very nice inside & had pretty much everything you'd need kitchen wise. Loved the balcony, but the railing & floor could use a good scrub. The beach staff were wonderful & worked hard everyday to ensure things were ready for guests. Like others have mentioned the elevator is VERRRRYYY slow & using stairs at end of building is not really an option. It was quite frustrating locating the check in desk; poor signage and directions if you arrive at street level. BTW go all the……

“Great location! Very clean. Great kitchen. The only problem was that the mattress needs replacing. Killed my back, and I don’t ever have back problems. Southern VERY responsive !!!”

“Upon arriving at check in we were told of construction. In the elevator the sign reads “construction going on April-May starting at 8am daily” which just so happened to be right outside our door!! The inside of the condo was very clean and decorated nicely! Our condos ad said it was beachfront which I did not consider it to be beachfront. We could see the beach/ocean but it wasn’t beachfront in my eyes. We were there for Thunder Beach bike rally and parking for bikes is minimal….parking in……

“Place was perfect for us with our dog and electric bikes! So close to beach! House was clean and easy access to everything you could possibly need! Appreciated having parking close and safe neighborhoods to walk dog and ride bikes and close walk to the beach and store and restaurants!! A great place to spend your vacation in PCB will definitely return!! also loved having a washer and dryer and full kitchen! The TVs were really big and nice too with one in every room! ”

“We liked the location to beach and restaurants. Loved that we could bring our dogs. The fenced yard was great for them and us to sit outside and relax. Friday night had a little louder street and neighbor noise but on the main drag we expected that. there is only 1 set of bunk beds, not two. ”

“Me and my family really enjoyed this condo, it was clean and was just as the pictures shown online. Location is in close proximity to everything. Kitchen was fully stocked. I absolutely loved that we didn’t have to go through the long drawn out check in process as well. If I had a con, my only con would be there is not enough towels and washcloths, we had to go purchase our own. But all in all I would definitely recommend this condo!!! ”
