“It’s a perfect getaway right on the beach. With a king mattress, two bunk beds, and a pullout couch you enjoy this place with many family and friends. It’s super clean, showers work great and the view is unbeatable. Parking is super easy with the garage having luggage carts and an over the street walkway. Would highly recommend to anyone interested. ”

“It needs a deep cleaning, shower drains were clogged. And they didn’t get us in at 4 cleaning lady was still there until 5pm. But over all it was a nice place.”

“This was a great property, all was very clean. The beds were super comfortable (that's a plus for me). Very spacious and great location. Only downside was the grill, it was very dirty and the its an electric grill, so very slow cooking. Overall it was great. Will keep them on my list of return properties.”

“I had the opportunity to stay here with my family from July 2nd -6th. We had a wonderful stay. The layout of the room was breath taking, very clean, and better than advertised. Tonya was a great host and answered any questions My family and I had. I would recommend booking this condo, you will not be disappointed. The only takeaway is the elevator wait time during peak season. We waited 35-40 minutes sometimes.”

“The living room furniture needs to be replaced. On rainy day the sofa was miserable to set on. Ice maker was broken. The beds were very comfortable. We stay at the Palazzo twice a year. Great place to stay. Beach chairs are always a plus. ”

“The condo was huge, with more than enough room for a decent size family or group. The view is spectacular and the rooftop terrace is super cool and unique. “There was more here than expected… fully stocked, and it seemed travelers left behind little gifts here and there, so we added a souvenir cup!The view was incredible, master bed was super comfy! The tv was a tiny bit complicated, but once it was figured out is was simple! The views of the sunrise and sunset from the really large patio/balcony were INCREDIBLE!We’re definitely returning, and Phil was a pleasure!We plan to enjoy all of the onsite amenities on our next stay!”

“Overall the condo was very nice inside & had pretty much everything you'd need kitchen wise. Loved the balcony, but the railing & floor could use a good scrub. The beach staff were wonderful & worked hard everyday to ensure things were ready for guests. Like others have mentioned the elevator is VERRRRYYY slow & using stairs at end of building is not really an option. It was quite frustrating locating the check in desk; poor signage and directions if you arrive at street level. BTW go all the……
