“We have been coming to Edgewater Beach Resort for 30 years. This place has been around a long time. It is still the same place I remember and we enjoyed it. The condo is right across from the tennis courts so that was a plus. We couldn't figure out how to get the lights on the second night but it was okay- we played the night before. The condo was clean and very well stocked. They had all the utensils and bowls cups etc. we needed. We had a little issue with the bathroom sink but we figured it……

“Our stay at this VRBO had both positives and negatives. On the upside, the property is in a quiet, older neighborhood, making it a peaceful retreat. The owners were responsive and helpful when we reached out, and the home had great amenities that added to our comfort.However, there were some major downsides. Upon arrival, the keypad was dead which made checking in a longer process than necessary. Boring to us that this property was not maintained in a while. The cleanliness was disappointing.……

“We enjoyed our stay and Michael was great to work with. I would say that the description and pictures were accurate but the condo itself was bigger than I thought. Everything was clean but definitely a bit outdated which was fine, would just suggest maybe updating the bathrooms soon. Loved that my kids had their own room and bathroom but for some reason the 2nd room always stayed a bit warm/humid but there were multiple fans in the master closet so we put a couple in there. We actually used……

“Our Serenity was a fantastic condo! Has literally everything you could ever need. Very well stocked and lots of storage space. The neighborhood and all of Edgewater resort is very nice and the tram over to the beach was the best thing ever Beach chairs, kids toys and lots of extras. Easy Uber access for pick up/drop offs. We had a wonderful time. Loved this condo….only 1 negative was the queen room beds were not real great. Could maybe use replacement but overall everything else was fantastic!!!”
