“I was in a spacious room with a king bed, large bathroom, staff very friendly, clean . Good breakfast. The sofa in the room was old, the extractorin the bathroom was not functioning which they were going to change .”

“Avoid!!! I arrived at about 5:30 at night, had a booking confirmed for over a week and NOBODY WAS THERE! Rang the bell, messaged and tried to call several times - no reply! People from the shops below were even trying to help me contact them. Finally Expedia customer service helped find me another place to stay, which was thankfully nearby, nicer and less expensive. “Yo pensaba que por el precio iba a ser un hotel regular, pero al llegar a la habitación me doy cuenta que el baño no tenía la parte del asiento y la tapa, luego ya acomodándome me doy cuenta que las sábanas y cubrecamas estaban de color amarillo y con un pequeña pinta de sangre… de las almohadas ni hablar, tuve que pedir nuevas sábanas porque era realmente desagradable.
