“My fiance and I visited this property with a few friends to celebrate his birthday with a fun-filled ice fishing weekend. Tina was a fantastic host who communicated with us promply and clearly and gave us all the information we needed to settle in and feel at home in her charming lakeside cottage. “This was an amazing spacious home the price was so worth it . There is a 2 bay garage for any out door activities when it's raining. they have a grill as well as a fire pit. There is a 20x30 fenced in area with a doggy door for your dogs this made it so convenient for vacationing. The bathtub down stairs is amazing with the jets and can fit two people. I have a family of 9 and we stayed comfortably...their is fishing spots in the area and your about and hour from Augusta and an hour and a half……

“The house & deck were very nice with beautiful view of the lake. It could use some typical amenities like tissues, hair dryer, etc. The main problem is getting to the house. It’s a 3/4 mile drive down a narrow stone road riddled with potholes and bumps. I was afraid I was going to do damage to the rental car and that’s driving at or lower than the 15mph speed limit! ”

“This was our third year in a row spending most of August at the wonderful Loons nest! Brent and Sarah are great and responsive hosts. The views and water are incomparable and the cabin itself has all of the modern conveniences while maintaining a rustic charm. “Property was exactly as listed - view of the lake from the deck and living rooms was beautiful. Host was very available and responsive. We had a wonderful time - there were 3 generations of our family with up to 14 members staying at the home. We also hosted a larger family get-together with an additional 10 people for an afternoon with permission from the host. Everyone was impressed with the house, property, lake views, deck and dock. Four of our young adult cousins stayed in the log cabin……
