Nosso quarto e banheiro bastante espaçosos, cama confortável, e nossa vista da janela foi deslumbrante. Pousada extremamente familiar. Para quem quer descasar depois de um dia inteiro de passeio pela cidade ou simplesmente relaxar com tranquilidade, é o local ideal. Faltam palavras para descrever o quanto é maravilhosa.”

“I went there with my brother and we both loved it. Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views. Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. One of the best breakfasts buffets I've ever had in hotels - and the ladies offer to cook something hot to it whether it's sausages, omelette, scrambled……

“Hôtel charmant, en retrait du centre ville, calme appréciable, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain également, terrasse avec chaises et table pour la chambre, parking privé devant l'hôtel, très belle décoration pour la salle des petits déjeuners, coin salon pour boire son café ou autre. Personnel très accueillant, chaleureux, agréable, et conseils pour les activités. ”

“I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff worked hard to keep it constantly replenished. My only observation is that it would be best to stay here with a car. Whilst I loved being out of town with great……

“Our choice of the hotel was for value and location - and it met our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to find this is a hotel within a larger. 5star property. We were treated to superior common access and swam and had massages. Breakfast was very large and of high quality. Rooms could be updated, but adequate. Note their is little need for air conditioning..”

“Room with balcony is comfortable. Breakfast is great with various choices. Massage therapy is awesome especially after hiking.”

“一到了步行街上,就可以很容易找到這家飯店,漂亮的全木頭的裝潢,非常美麗好找 晚上靠近街上的房間會有一點聲音,如果怕吵的可能要選另外一面的房間 不過逛街就非常方便了,一出來就是熱鬧的地方,而且這邊附近換匯的匯率很好 如果要去湖之眼,或是另外一個漂亮的纜車,都可以請飯店幫忙叫私人的車,很方便”

“Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice.”

“Flott hotell med ca 5min gåtur til Krupowki. Svært imøtekommende å hjelpsomt personale enkel å god frokost men savnet bacon i varm disken. Skikkelig koselig rom med fin utsikt og egen liten terrasse med tak over,eneste å nevne var at dysj kunne vært rengjort litt bedre.. Kan anbefales Zakopane var også verdt å nevne som ein spennende å flott turopplevelse,så vi kommer snart tilbake igjen”
