“This is a somewhat difficult place to give an accurate review. We were given instructions with a code to enter our room. I attempted the code several times with no luck. I reread the instructions and the next paragraph (which I had not read) said to ignore the above instructions and go to the front desk. The front desk had a hard time finding my reservation and when he found it, he handed me a regular old-fashioned key. I asked for a second, he told me no. The room was straight out of……

“We used the room to sleep and shower. It was small and extremely outdated. The kitchenette cabinets were new and nice. That is all. The TV small, the shower dangerous and slippery. And we had to call maintenance to even have a shower. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor and we used several of our towels to mop up the water. New towels were never given. We hung the ones we used and just made due. The “equipped” kitchen had 4 plates,4 bowls, 4 forks, 4 butter knives. 2 spoons and 2……

“Giving this home a glowing review will just make it harder to book! But I have to be honest. Beautiful property, ideal setting, great amenities. Brendon could not have done more to communicate and make sure we were happy with everything. Which we were! Thx!”

“Porch screens torn, porch cigarette smell terrible, kitchen sink was a bathroom sink stained and dirty, no dish drying rack, 1 dinner plate, limited, pans, cover, no basic condiments including no salt + pepper, tiny refrigerator froze items and needed defrosting, stove knob broken, air conditioning unit right onto bed”

“From start to finish, we enjoyed our stay in this cute little condo in Everglades City. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and nicely decorated. The AC worked beautifully and plenty of water for showers. The pool was maintained very well and it was so peaceful to just hang out. We will definitely consider coming back next Spring! Plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to parks and beaches. Marco Island and Naples are nearby for shopping, dining and entertainment. ”
