“因出差早上返台出境前钱包含证件遗失，被迫需留杭办证件，一个人东奔西走一整天，在心情五味杂陈下，当晚看上这离出入境近，可方便我办证的酒店(还请警员电话确认没证件能入住)，没想到却意外爱上这酒店。 1.24当天晚班的Alex，看到我的疲惫及身无分文的出现在前台办入住(我是透过订房网下单，系统纪录的卡号付款入住)，主动说要请我吃外卖，被我不想麻烦他人婉拒后，没想到没想到，没多久他居然端了一碗面到我房间，放下碗就离开，不让我有压力觉得没钱的尴尬，离开前拍拍我肩膀鼓励..……

“Very nice stay. Booked a delux room and upgraded to a suite. Room was decorated with the topic of tea and nice view to the river. Breakfast was quite luxury with many choices of Chinese food such as noodle, dumpling, many dishes and so on. And also western traditional breakfast ”

“Locates right next to a subway exit gives it very easy connections within or inter-cities. Maybe cause I got the promotion rate including breakfast, the value is very high. The breakfast is very good and locates at 33rd floor with great view.”

“Ich buche viel über hotels.com, auch in China, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher ob dieses Hotel nicht besser wieder aus dem Listing genommen werden sollte ? Bei meiner Ankunft, zugegeben kurz vor Mitternacht, hatte das Empfangspersonal ein Fax von hotels.com vorliegen mit einem vereinbarten Zimmerpreis, war mit diesem aber nicht zufrieden und wollte daher von mir eine Aufzahlung haben ! Ich blieb stur, wies nach dass ich selbst an hotels.com deutlich mehr bezahlt hatte als in dem Fax stand, und……
