“We loved staying here! The family were lovely and accommodating. They took through the wilderness in their back yard and beyond which was super cool. The rooms were comfortable and we especially loved our patio overlooking the town and endless festivals (do they ever end?!?!). There wasn't hot water, but that is what we expected for this price. I would recommend!”

“The hotel was clean and had a comfy bed. The owner lady was super nice and even prepared us breakfast for us to take before we checked out at 520am. She was attentive when we asked for the portable heater and more toilet paper. The hotel was hard to find as is new. I recommend this hotel. Has good decorations. ”

“Pas de papier toilette à mon arrivée. Pas de serviette ni de savon. Eau froide, demander pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Si il y a assez d'eau dans le chauffe eau! Ce qui ne fut pas mon cas. Très bruyant, lumineux avec des rideaux en papier. Réveillé chaque heure de la nuit par la famille tenancière qui parle, bouge, etc... Ce n'est pas une vérité écrite, mais mauvaise expérience. (Crevé le lendemain )”

“There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what Hotels.com gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... They were absolutely nothing but kind, caring, and very accommodating! The rooms have a bit of a walk, or some of them you repel into - and it can be a bit treacherous at night. The staff……

“I wish I could give them more than 5/5 stars! This was an absolutely stunning property. 360° of incredible views day and night. It was a very peaceful experience. The staff were attentive, responsive, and you can tell they all genuinely care about the property. Virginia and Jose made us feel right at home! Also they have multiple animals on the property including a baby alpaca and kittens. I highly recommend opting in on the dinners - they are affordable and the food is fantastic. Free……

“Great stay in Ollantaytambo! Owners were so kind, breakfast was tasty and hassle free, overall the stay was a good value for the price. They are ~25min walk to the train station and ~5mins to the central square. ”
