“The hotel was excellent, but the free breakfast had a lot to be desired. It had great offerings if they had the staff to stock as soon as they ran out. We had to ask for plates. You would have thought they would have been better prepared since they had every room booked the night before. They literally ran out of everything from bagels to fruit for the yogurt. I have stayed in so many hotels that offered free breakfast and was never as disappointed as I was with this one. I will not stay……

“I had a lovely time at the Chestnut Hill Hotel a few days ago. Only stayed one night, unfortunately, I’ll definitely be back! The staff was fantastic. Loved my room. Very cozy. Also appreciated the ability to control my room temperature! Can’t wait to come back with my husband. I wasn’t able to hit the lovely shops by the hotel. Can’t wait to come back :) ”

“We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. ”
