“I received the call from Fiorello Maria after check-out. The call should be short but apparently she could not got what I say fast and made the call long and ineffective （-5 star!!）. The other staffs are nice and helpful.”

“I recently stayed at the Motto by Hilton in Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square and was extremely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff. Despite a delayed flight causing my reservation to be unexpectedly canceled, the receptionist (whose name I unfortunately forgot) went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She was incredibly helpful and efficient, securing another room for me quickly and without hassle. Additionally, on the night of my departure, I encountered a delay……

“My teen daughter and I stayed here for one night while traveling around PA, NJ and NY. This place is so cute. When we first got here we were greeted and given a quick tour including some history about the house and how it came to be a hotel. The room was very well appointed with a full, updated bathroom. A “continental breakfast” was included which consisted of coffee, juice and fresh fruit, cereal, homemade muffins and coffee cake. The hotel is with 5 minutes walking distance to Independence……

“Welcome drink, complimentary cookies - sweet! Loved the deco. The cleansing products were a well-known brand from London. Breakfast was amazing, small cosy room, not many selections of food but everything was natural and fresh, gorgeous culinary & layout, very friendly staff, loved it! Located in a posh neighborhood, 2 mins walk to a park and several restaurants.”

“The property was beautiful and Love the layout. but the bathroom floors were not clean there were foot prints all throughout the bathroom floors. And the Stairs were dirty and walls had stains on them … Probably just needs a clean wipe down… but it was very noticeable. Just being honest ”
