“Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly Concierge Staff that went out of their way to assist us. They immediately asked to help with our luggage and if there was anything that they could do to assist with our stay while at the Hotel. “The Fitler Club is an interesting place. Once you figure out how to get inside, the facilities are very nice. Finding the front door is difficult. You have to enter on the ground floor level, which can only be accessed from the main lobby of the building by going out to the parking garage, walking down 2 flights of stairs in the parking garage to an exit door marked Emergency Exit Only, and sure enough when you open the door, the alarm sounds. “I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. ”
