“The room was upgraded which was lovely and nice. Although "lake view" was more snow piles. The massages booked were cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and I specifically asked if the Hot tub/sauna/pool were working 2 days prior and the hot tub was not which was one of the main reasons we were planning the trip. The top 2 relaxation methods were not provided or refunded as such. Overall the bed was comfy, not many tv channels, the room was nice, and the features that did work were……
