“The room was upgraded which was lovely and nice. Although "lake view" was more snow piles. The massages booked were cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and I specifically asked if the Hot tub/sauna/pool were working 2 days prior and the hot tub was not which was one of the main reasons we were planning the trip. The top 2 relaxation methods were not provided or refunded as such. Overall the bed was comfy, not many tv channels, the room was nice, and the features that did work were……

“Staff super friendly and accommodating Cleaning was not the best and there were sooo many kids around the hotel it was crazy. The pool was so full of kids was almost impossible to access it. In general good price and perfect location ”
