“Our family loved our getaway to Santa’s Shack whole house! There were seven of us, and we all had our own bed with plenty of space to hang out as a large group or individually. The house was fully equipped to meet all of our needs, and the hot tub was a great addition! It was easy to find, and located with quick convenient access to restaurants, waterfalls, hiking trails, and the casino. We would definitely stay here again. “The house was perfect for our group of 5. Check in was super easy and everything went smoothly. The kids had fun with the games and the downstairs was nice for relaxing at night. Location was really good with the lake in walking distance and close to all the area attractions. “House had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We had two families, so the separate “wings” of bedrooms/bathrooms were nice. Town is very small but close to Munising. It’s a great home base for Pictured Rock hikes. Would stay again!”

“I have completely forgotten to leave my review for one of the more memorable Vrbo experiences. My family and a couple friends did our UP trip back in August 24, and were incredibly lucky to find this gem. Spacious, clean, huge yard with fire pit hangout area, located conveniently close to all things Munising and Miners beach/falls. Complete isolated up north feel while still close to everything you need and want to see. Next time we take another Munising trip, we will be booking this house again”

“We had a great stay! The location was very convenient for visiting many area attractions including several waterfalls, Miner's Beach, Pictured Rocks boat tours, and downtown Munising. “Our family of 5 recently stayed here for several days while visiting the Pictured Rocks area. We absolutely LOVED it and I would say it was one of my favorite cabins. "The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to the first floor, and she said yes. I checked and found that the room rate I paid to Expedia for the second night was more expensive than the first night. Why did the hotel move me to a pet-friendly room on the first floor? It would be very inconvenient for me to move back and forth, which would affect my schedule."
