“I used to live in this beautiful area and it was such a treat to be able to stay somewhere right in the middle of all that is historic downtown Orlando. It is such a unique and beautiful neighborhood and NOTHING like other areas of the city--but you have to experience it to understand that. Dyna's spot is smack in the midst of it, and just a few minute's walk to the little bars, bistros and quaint places to gather, including Lake Eola. She is a lovely person and we could not have enjoyed staying……

“Sharon’s property is exactly what we were looking for on our little getaway. The house was conveniently located near shops, beaches, the pier and restaurants. She also makes sure you have everything you need for a perfect day, including extra towels, blankets, beach towels, and everything you could need for a day at the beach. We even saw a launch! Would love to be back!”

“Enjoyed the pool and playing with our dog on the beach. The beach area is currently under construction and the first day we had to go up a few blocks to get to the water, but we still had a blast. We cooked dinner at the house every night and used the grill and found the kitchen well-stocked. Loved driving through the nature preserve by Cape Canaveral.”

“This property was a great fit for our family vacation with 6 adults and a baby. It was in a great location close to the beach, just down the street (5 min walk) was an access point to the beach. It’s close to the pier and lots of different restaurants. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated making you feel like you are right on the beach.”

“Enjoyed our stay. It’s a cute little house, and worked well as a place to stay pre-cruise.Heads up for future guests, the garage was converted to a bedroom, and there is a pretty big step down into it. My mom-in-law didn’t realize it and took a pretty bad tumble. Luckily she wasn’t injured too badly, just a bad bruise on her hip and arm. ”

“The house was very clean and smelled great. Beds were comfortable. Only thing I wish we knew beforehand was that we could pay a little extra to have the pool heater turned on- it was a little chilly.”

“This is a great property! Its location put us very close to everything we were doing (Universal, Kia Center, and restaurants). The pool is great! My only suggestion is to leave a list of things to do each day for pool maintenance (empty the filter basket, empty the vacuum baskets, etc) so that the leaves don’t overwhelm the pool. I figured it out as I went and it was fine, but if you aren’t familiar with pool care like me, it takes a little bit of investigation. Overall, great home,……

“We came to town for our daughter’s graduation at UCF. The property is in a nice neighborhood and the patio with the lake view was relaxing and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped which allowed me to cook for my daughter’s graduation party. This was well worth it and so much better than staying at a hotel near campus which by the way were way more . I would definitely stay here again. ”
