“My husband and I took our moms on a vacation. We stayed at this house twice. It was wonderful both times. Exactly as advertised, simple communication, neighborhood felt safe and a lovely modern home with perfect areas to gather together but also enough room to spread out too. I think it would be an excellent homebase for a family with kids visiting tourist attractions in the area. Everything was clean and comfortable.”

“I can not say enough great things about this property. I have stayed at dozens of rental properties and this is without a doubt the nicest one I have ever stayed at! Beyond the obviuos location of the house (a near private section of beach directly in your backyard), the amount of attention the hosts paid to the finishes of the house as well as all of the amentities, the pictures/listing of the property pale in comparison to exactly how beautiful this house is once you get there! You will not……

“It was a nice place with a good selection of utensils and kitchen ware. The game room with pool and foosball was nice along with the washer and dryer. It was easy to communicate with the property manager. We enjoyed the staying there. Thanks!”

“Great neighborhood. Easy drive, walk, or bike ride to the beach, grocery store, etc. Plenty of room for kids. Pool and hot tub are a hit. We stayed once before and wanted to come back for our final spring break as a family before the kids start heading off to college. :-( ”

“Sweet little spot just steps away from the ocean and the vibrant nightlife of Coco Beach. Plenty of space for everyone, 2 1/2 baths, great little outdoor area. Loved that beach chairs and towels were available, big fridge with ice maker. Knives, cutting boards and aluminum foil would be great additions, prepping food with steak knives was a bit tricky. Overall a great spot and would recommend.”

“We had a wonderful time staying at the house! everything was so clean and the owners were so lovely! They had snacks for us, and the fridge was stocked with a few essentials. It was so great! there was a place to wash clothes and they had a pack and play for the little one! Everything smelled fresh and the house had no bugs or critters! The outdoor shower was so helpful for keeping things sand free. The house was SUPER well stocked with all necessities for cooking. It is so close to the beach……

“Seaclusion was just right for visiting family members to gather and celebrate our grandson's HS graduation. Having private bathrooms for the bedrooms was perfect for our out of town guests. Beach access was just across the road ”
