Back deck is overdue for some repairs and kitchen could use a restock of basics like glasses, small plates etc. no open cabinets for food storage. Kitchen and bathrooms were nice. Overall could use some refresh of furniture and decorating. ”

“Thanks for a wonderful stay! The property was well situated and in a safe neighborhood, the pool was unheated so pretty cold, but my kids enjoyed regardless! It was well maintained and someone came for routine service while we were there.. The game room was a huge hit with the family and the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels- pool towels too!My only feedback that I’d suggest is to leave enough dishwasher pods/laundry pods/garbage bags/toilet paper for the length of the guests……

“This home is in a great location if you’re traveling for youth sports, with a tournament at the Austin Tindall Sports Complex. Almost all of the appliances are brand new and every single one of them works perfectly. There’s plenty of space for a family of four to spread out and sleep comfortably. “They refused to honor price quoted by hotel.com. They said they were no longer with hotel.com and hadn't been for years. They wanted us to pay over double what was quoted to us, even after viewing the confirmation! We left.”

“This house was clean.and recently updated! we really loved the pool area. It has a privacy fence all the way around and some newer furniture! It has a great vibe with some small palm trees and the colorful light in the pool which made night time even better.we really felt secluded and it was nice to have some privacy. only 20 mins from the airport,Disney and Universal. Walmart , Publix and several restaurants are all near the home. ”
