“Clean perfect location for what we needed ”

“This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again. ”

Only negatives are: 1. window AC in bedroom only and fan in kitchen/living space. The air didn’t reach into the whole house very well. “Cute little cabin on a lake, ideal spot for a couple or maybe a couple a friend. Great outdoor area including a grill, fire pit, lake access, and paddleboat. Got to see some interesting wildlife. Only complaint I have (not necessarily a complaint, just something I wish) was that the one bathroom only had access through the bedroom. If there was a way to access the bathroom without going into the bedroom it would've been perfect for up to 4 people even. Overall a wonderful property and had a……

“Third time staying with Coco Sands in Cocoa Beach. My family group stayed in 3 of their units for our reunion/ visit with family who live in Cocoa. Always enjoy the accommodations and amenities. Especially the beach! Had another memorable stay and vacation!”

“Great stay. Loved the homemade bread and all the snacks. Plenty of towels. And so enjoyed the shopping cart with cereal. No far from ucf and super close to downtown eateries and pubs. Beds were comfortable and the showers are huge. Great neighborhood and super quiet at night. ”
