“Perfect!! Good location, clean , comfortable, I stay away for work and this had everything you need , spot on ”

“Lovely location in the countryside off the main road. Lovely and quiet, able to see the stars clearly on a clear night. Stayed in the superior double. Had an issue with the sink, but maintenance came straight away and found a make up sponge in the sink… not mine. Stayed in 301, what would make just that little bit better is a coat hook in the entrance bit and a shelf between the sink and mirror in the bathroom to put stuff on. Other than that massive shout out to the housekeeper we met who was……

“This was a 1-night stay for work. Car park was free and small. The hotel is set back from the road, so you need to drive down a gravel roadway. Nice greeting on checking in. I was in room 6, which was great. Desk and chair to work at in room, comfortable bed, ensuite was lovely. The shower over the bath was not powerful. Lovely side lamps by bed. TV and internet were good. I also ate in bar (as there was no other choice nearby) and the homemade fish pie was tasty. Food ends at 8:30pm.”

“Lovely place to stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Close to Kings Lynn centre if you’re looking for some food or shopping. Can’t fault it. Will definitely stay again. ”

“Room was Clean and tidy , good location lots of parking near by as car park is not that large ”

“Cosy rooms above a lovely pub restaurant. Rooms can be a bit small but easily manageable depending on which one you get. TV's though are very small so just used my laptop on sky go as the guest WiFi is quite good.”

“It was perfect for what we required just had to get a cab to town as its definitely too far to walk. ”

“Excellent service. Very old building so there a few things that are as best as they can be but are not what you may expect. For example, the tub is higher than normal and would be problematic if you are older. Heat seemed to be missing except in the bathroom. Still, we would easily stay there again when we return. ”

“Pretty good value Rooms are pretty tired and there was no gas heating but the provided space heater made up for it Lovely area ”
