“A beautiful cottage. Equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Both bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and a homely living room. Check in and out was easy - great communication beforehand. We were also given lots of great local information and sightseeing guides. “Excellent village pub with great staff and atmosphere that matches its surroundings and in keeping with good old inn values. The chef provides a great variety of flavors and quality dishes all served hot and on hot plates. The stairs are somewhat challenging for the elderly and mobility impaired. I didn’t realize when booking that I could have requested a ground floor room. My bad - should have read the small print. Would definitely stay again if in the area.”
