“The hotel is very old and has a weird smell everywhere. The staff is not professional. The guy at the front desk wears a casual sweater and is not so friendly. Breakfast is expensive and terrible. They give you glasses slightly bigger than shot glasses for milk or juice. It takes forever to get a coffee and no refill. Food is tasteless. After I complained about the coffee when asking for the check, the waitress gave me a simple “Oh” with a confused facial expression. Unbelievable. ”

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, süß und modern eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist ein Traum! Die Lage unschlagbar. 12/10. Danke für alles!”

“非常舒适的酒店 位置非常好 可以步行到加拿大历史博物馆 美中不足的有两点 一.停车位紧张 不是酒店原因 是很多游客把车停在了酒店停车场 二，附近餐厅很少”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”
