“I booked the hotel on Expedia on Aug 3, but the lady at the front desk refused to let me check in, just yelling at me NO ROOM, NO RESERVATION. So far, Expedia and the hotel have refused to refund the money. Such a terrible experience!”

“This boutique-style hotel was everything we needed and more. We were only passing through, so we only got to stay one night. The Surfside was so cozy and charming. You walk out and boom, you are on the beach. The walkable restaurant choices have great food. The room was spacious, the bed was huge (and so so cozy!). I loved everything about it. I wish I could have stayed longer!”
