“When we checked in we were made aware that the internet was out. The young lady at the desk was nice and let us know she wasn't sure when the internet would be back. We went ahead and checked in because we were planning on being there for 5 days so we werent worried about it. By the time we went to bed it was back on. “The staff was very friendly and helpful! The problems were equipment: the electronic key system was old and it took multiple tries to get door unlocked, or the door itself got stuck. This happened in the 3rd floor laundry. Also, the carafe for the coffee maker in the kitchenette in room 307 did not fit the pot so the water never entered the carafe but overflowed from the machine. ”
