“Parking is free and convenient. Staffs are nice to change my room when they heard the room was noisy. What a pity that they couldn’t add a rollaway bed for me! While the other three hotels like holiday inn in Niagara and Business Inn on my stay in Ottawa can add an extra bed for me. Toronto is really big and traffic is always busy. It’s better to live in downtown area if you want to save time.”

“無線網路狀況不佳，幾乎無法連線，從Hotels.com 訂房無法找到訂房紀錄，又被收取了一晚房費，目前還在處理中。如果改善訂房連線紀錄跟無線網路問題，會考慮再去住”

“The place is convenient to grab foods. I send question before arriving didn't be answered, so you may not get support in time. The shuttle bus is pretty old and hard to recognize, you will need to wait for another 30 mins if you missed it. I found a curve hair at my hand wash sink which I felt uncomfortable. You can enjoy some snacks and drinks during happy hour. The pillow is soft with big bed so you can laid on bed well. There is noise while your neighbors slaping the door or kids running……

“absolutely no value for the money you pay the price for 5 stars hotel and get 3 stars facility. if you come in late or have to check in a flight at small hours in the morning and don't want to make extra travel arrangements then this is the place for you. ”

Everything was first rate It is a rare jewel in the Toronto area. Comfortable bed and furniture, lots of towels and everything was immaculate. Ten star experience!. ”

“I like that this place is clean and well maintained, staff are really nice and understands people's need. I would say this place is not really convenient, buses take an hour to get to Mississauga Square one, and Toronto is obviously further, but I was aware of it. More suitable for people with cars.”
