“Staying at the Mason was fantastic! As I am also a in the Bahamas I pay close attention to detail and everything was A+. The response time from the host was super fast and we never felt in a quandary as to what to do. We arrived past the check in time of 12am and Ashish was there waiting when we arrived - flawless check in! I can’t say enough about the location but that it was near great restaurants, grocery stores and directly across from the Eaton Center Mall. If we ever return to Toronto……

Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well.”

“The hotel was beautiful. From the lobby to the rooms, just lovely. Staff was fabulous, very attentive and helpful. The rooms were quite comfortable, very large with nice amentias. “Proximity to shopping areas, restaurants and metro stations, newly furnished bathrooms, professional staff dedicated to accommodating your requests… Only that a kettle can be provided in the room for tea making. There are indeed homeless encampments nearby. If it concerns you, my advice is to avoid passing through the square park as you make your way to the hotel from Eaton Centre.”
