“Spend 1 night with family for a church conference. Very clean and staff friendly. Church finished late and we requested 1 hours late checkout and was granted without a hassle Problem is there is no microwave in the bedroom. You supposed to take your food down to reception for them to warm up for you which uncomfortable. When I was booking online on other posted rates there was an option to add breakfast. Mine didn’t have and thought it was included. The front desk explained to me that meals……

“My family and I enjoyed our stay. The check in service was amazing. The staff were very friendly, and personable. They greeted and interacted with the babies and offered suggestions to make our stay even better. The room was clean and spacious. Check out was quick and easy. We would stay here again if in the area again. ”

“隔音很差，凌晨2点被吵醒直至凌晨五点半才消停，过道里和房间里那种爽朗的笑声说话声在整个房间里环绕，实在受不了，也许是因为跨年的原因，但公共场合不影响他人应该是前提。”

“Outlook is good but I lived at the room near the door to the corridor, so everyone passed thru opened and closed the door noisily. Wake up at 5am when some morning walkers get thru the corridor. Hotel staff said that hotel room was fully booked and nothing could do. I lived there for 2 nights. ”

“Bought breakfast package but they told me that they did not see it. After I gave them my confirmation number, they said I was able to have my breakfast without any apology. Rude attitude! Be professional!”

“Location was excellent for driving into the city as it is just by the highway. TTC bus stop is right in front of the hotel and it was very easy to come back to the hotel from a concert in downtown. Breakfast location is small and crowded in the morning but a staff kept adding food ensuring there was plenty for all. It was nice to have hot drink machine available for free 24/7. Coffee was great.”

“这次是来密西沙加的bell公司出差，在国内的时候查谷歌地图找到这家离bell最近，hotels上有活动所以来这定了。免费WiFi网速非常一般，下东西估计够呛，免费早餐很不错，每周一到周三晚上有甜点，冰淇淋意大利面还不错，交通不是很便利，来回机场有车接送，但是自己平时去市中心的Eaton或者yorkdale要转至少两趟公交，而且多伦多公交比国内还贵，而且多伦多冬天很冷，有驾照周末出去转最好租辆车，不然等公交能冻死。 酒店没有拖鞋，这点有些不爽，也没牙具，很后悔没带自己的电动牙刷”

“absolutely no value for the money you pay the price for 5 stars hotel and get 3 stars facility. if you come in late or have to check in a flight at small hours in the morning and don't want to make extra travel arrangements then this is the place for you. ”
