“Dining area: Shameza in the dining area was excellent. She made us feel so comfortable as we await my husband's discharge from the hospital Parking and property: The walkway outside should have been cleaned of snow more thoroughly as it was slippery getting into the lobby. Parking areas also needed to be cleared of snow.”

“The room is beautiful and the view from the bedroom windows was beautiful. You get to see the sunrise which made for great photos. Overall a great experience and an amazing place that is near everything. Above all I love that their is safety, you need a special key to get anywhere and there is someone always at the front desk. Would stay here again!”

“Outlook is good but I lived at the room near the door to the corridor, so everyone passed thru opened and closed the door noisily. Wake up at 5am when some morning walkers get thru the corridor. Hotel staff said that hotel room was fully booked and nothing could do. I lived there for 2 nights. ”

“We had a quick one night stay at this hotel and we impressed with the friendliness of the staff and how clean the room was. We stayed in a Junior Suite and appreciated how large the room was and were pleasantly surprised that the room had a full ensuite bathroom (with a separate shower and bath tub) and separate powder room. The location was also close to the restaurants at Square One. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The room was nice. Clean. Bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The breakfast room was separate from the food area. We were there in Dec. It was around 0°F. The breakfast room was NOT heated. There was 1 small space heater to heat a 15X20 room. It was definitely cool in there. Breakfast was ok. A couple of hot items. Juice was provided by juice boxes. Also, the pool was closed. If the price is right for you then it would be worth your stay.”
