“This is probably the best hotel we have stayed at for many years. From the moment we arrived at reception the staff were always on hand if you needed anything. “The location is impeccable but being in the city centre it can be quite noisy at night because of all the bars & clubs downstairs. The triple room is on the 4th floor so noise wise it's tolerable for just one night but be prepared to lift your luggages up the 100-step stairs. The room is better than expected, really clean & tidy. One down side is this hotel doesn't have its own reception so have to check in at the hotel across the road instead.”
