“This property was exactly what we were expecting. It was up one flight of stairs, but it was well lit and easy to carry things up and down. The apartment was immaculate and we enjoyed being able to walk around downtown. We were close to many activities within a 30 minute drive.The host was very responsive when we had questions. We would absolutely stay again.”

“Comfy & cozy house, conveniently located near UF and lots of great food. The steps/flooring was a bit worn, the parking instructions had some discrepancies and we had some trouble connecting to the wifi but none of it ended up being an issue. Only used 1 bed but it was comfy and the couch was very comfy. The giant tree out back seemed to be home to some bird families too.”

“Older home, in/near Historic District. Great stay, everything we needed, walkable to downtown. Perfect for our getaway. Kudos to the property owner, property is close to 100 years old but perfectly suitable as a short or long term rental. Well done. ”

“I love town homes, I like the back patio, clean and roomy for my cat. Comfortable beds, could use some throw blankets to sit on the couch with and maybe wash the bedding in something more flowery it smelled like it was sitting in the washer for a minute. Not the owners fault but whoever built that bathroom must pay. The niche is slanted down leaving my products to fall on the shower floor and the shower wasn’t that clean, could see hair from previous user and the door wasn’t as clean. Other than……

“Everything about this property was great. It was just as described and easy to locate. Check-in process simple and hassle free. Decore was so cute and charming and the neighborhood is amazing, located and surrounded by beautiful, historical, southern homes. Very convenient to historic down town and area attractions. Everything was so perfect we never needed to contact the hose but she did reach out several times to make sure everything was good. Will definitely stay there when in the area.”

“Although I only stayed one night, it was a comfortable and accommodating space. For a studio it was a great size. The tranquil horse farm outside was a nice treat ! ”

“It's a great spot for folks who need two bedrooms and somewhere fairly close to the University, as well as near restaurants. Check-in and check-out were easy. Good parking. Very clean. It would have been 5 stars all around except that we had two bedrooms with two queen size beds and 4 people. But only one bath towel and one hand towel per bedroom. Just not logical. I texted the first morning, was told a ticket would be opened, but no more towels were provided. Other small thing - I suggest……
