“We enjoyed our visit to Gainesville and staying at this cute VRBO. We were missing some necessities, and the admin was very responsive to take care of them. The place was clean, comfortable, and we appreciated the kitchen being well-stocked. We did read a review before saying to bring an ext. cord for the bedroom bc the outlets weren’t close to the nightstands, and we’re glad we did that. We also appreciated the big TV and the pool being so close to the condo. Our kids enjoyed movie times and……

“The property is in a good location, could use some updating inside and out, Major plus It was clean, the 4th bedroom did not have a bed it was more of a futon/pullout. it worked out ok for us but it would not for a couple.It needs a full-size or maybe twin bunk bed. The big downside is that you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. which was pretty rough for us 55 with bad knees, and there is NO Hot tub anywhere on site. “Stayed for a friends wedding and this condo was a 10 minute walk from their house, and with all the shops in the town center, we had everything we needed. Unit was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the patios were a lot of fun to sip coffee on in the morning. X”
