“Staff were helpful, location was good, but the problem is in our three nights stay, the air condition was out of order, we can’t sleep well as it felt like no fresh air in the room, very warm, we talked to different staff but they gave different feedback, two said it was out of order and the engineer is on leave so they cannot fix it, but another one said it is normal they turned it off. Anyway that made bad experience although staff are friendly and responsive. ”

“We were allocated with a room for disability on ground floor while we have not booked or requested for such type of a room during the booking. It is a bit strange to live on the ground floor as the room is next to the dining area of the hotel. Also, the room was stuffy with an unpleasant smell, the toilet was even worst as there was bad smelling from the drains. The smell lasted for whole night and we have to cover our nose everytime when we get into the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable.……

“The room is very comfortable and clean, and all the hotel staff are extremely kind and friendly. It is close to the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the metro station, and a supermarket, with a safe and secure environment. The elevator is small but efficient. The hotel is not in the center and you have to consider at least 30/35 minutes of commute to all major attractions, however there is a metro stop very close to the hotel so the distance from the centre is not an issue.
