“This was a one night stopover on our way to Indianapolis. We arrived around 5pm, check in was easy & friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant/Lounge, twigs. The bartender Sue was great! We had the complimentary breakfast- which was fairly typical of a self serve breakfast buffet. We didn’t utilize any of the amenities , other than wifi, which worked well. The pool looked lovely, everything was very clean.”

“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. “I wanted something downtown for one night while attending a concert. I chose it because the parking is directly across from the hotel which was ideal as I do not know Buffalo very well. The concert venue, Electric City was only 2 blocks away, as well as lots of restaurants in walking distance.There is a fantastic whiskey bar across the street.”
