“The staff could not have done more for me, friendly cooperative helpful. The TV was giant--too bad it did not work. Reservations were a huge pain in the arse. An adventure in unnecessary frustration. EXPEDIA inserted themselves in the process obstructing everything. Could not enter my hotel membership card. Could not access the two discounts I had. In the end, when I signed out I was given a receipt with NO AMOUNT on it. How much did it cost me? I think I should dispute it with my credit card……

“Staff were attentive and kind. I failed to indicate I was disabled and needed a first floor room, and the staff was quick to get my husband and I a first floor room. The pool was great, very clean and relaxing. I would absolutely go back again. Comfortable bed and very quiet. ”
