“The cabin is lovely and well stocked. They’ve thought of everything. It was a cozy option near several tourist attractions and drivable (1 hour) to even more. It is a quiet location with two cabins. Nice hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor porch areas too. We enjoyed the on property trail and nearby hikes like the Endless Wall and Gorge. “We chose this cabin for our stay in WV on a fishing trip. The cabin was clean, comfy and a nice, quiet, secluded lot not far from Route 19. The process of booking the stay and getting in and out were great.The only issues were the Hot water for showering was not particularly hot and the dishwasher. “The pond behind the cabin is shared with everyone in the neighborhood. It's accessed by general trails that run behind the cabins -- and which are also great for running! When we were there, it was jam-packed with singing frogs, plus a few bass and super-healthy sunfish which we then caught. We never saw another soul on those trails or at the the pond, though we were there in the May shoulder season.”

“I realize this is a cabin in the woods and things happen. Like the ants in the kitchen and equipment failure (like the microwave that sparked if you tried to use it). But the property itself lacked care: rotted wood on porch unkempt landscaping, broken slat in window blind. I did appreciate the washer and dryer after five days there, though. Tyler was prompt in responding to my issues but there was little he could do other than alert his staff. ”
